Truth and I have one goal… to introduce people to the person of Jesus Christ and a life with HIM. It’s really quite simple, even though we tend to make it complicated.
First, all we have to do is admit we are not perfect. (Romans 3:23) for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. This verse simply states we have missed the mark of perfection.
Second, believe that God provided a payment for our sin in and through Jesus Christ. (John 3:16) For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. This verse tells us God loves everyone and offers eternal life to everyone.
Third, you choose. Yes, it’s that simple. You either choose to accept Jesus in your life to forgive you or you don’t. He doesn’t force anyone to come to HIM, but desires that all will. (Romans 10:9) That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
The act of salvation is instant. The journey is lifelong. Will it be easy? No. Will it be worth it? ABSOLUTELY!! Truth and I promise you that! But don’t take our word for it. Jesus answered, “I am the way, and the truth and the life.
